Before I forget I would like to offer something about the T-Mobile signal in America and how we had to fight for a signal in the states.
As long as we're near an interstate or a major populated area it's usually not a problem but anytime we were out in the country it was always a 50/50 at best. I'm just saying it was always hard to know if you're going to have a signal or not.
As soon as we went to cross the border into Canada, I noticed that we were on a signal called Bell.
I called T-Mobile to see if there was any kind of weird roaming charges and they said no. They had a cooperation agreement so it would be the same price and not a big deal and all that.
From the moment we entered Canada for the next several weeks until we were in Maine, we never had anything less than like for 4G Max signal perfectly all the time. I don't care how remote we were we always had an incredible signal. The funny thing is the second we went across the border back into Maine it went down to almost non-existent again. It's just a bunny trail but it was kind of funny that that's how it was.
I read somewhere that people are forbidden to park RVs overnight at Canadian rest areas. I guess the good news is we're not exactly in a big city anymore and we’re way out in the country.
Some apps tell where the rest areas were. I got the info for this one from the days end directory. They warned of no overnight parking but either way, I just pulled over to look at the rest area.

It was gorgeous and we were the only ones there at the time. I pulled right up next to the river meaning I was probably 5 feet from the riverbank.
It was amazing. I still don't know why I didn't fish but I didn't get around to it. It was just so pretty and so free which suited me. We stayed two or three nights.
Within a few hours of when we parked a fellow that worked with Canadian Parks and Recreation came by to empty the trash cans. I sheepishly asked him something like, it’s not like we would ever stay here all night but what are the rules about that.
He said technically it's not okay but I'm about the only one that comes by here and it's perfectly okay with me. Stay as long as you want to just don't make a mess.
I told him I appreciated it and it was all good. This was just a wonderful place to stop for drinking in the beauty of the area.
One other guy came by in a large motorhome. We talked some and he seemed to be a friendly kind of guy. I spent a few hours replacing the cord and wiring that is our umbilical from the RV to the truck.
