We were heading to a boondock called RIVIERE-DU-LOUP
When we got there, it was like a marina and too tight and too crowded for us. We left and passed by a reasonably large RV park that we could have stayed at. The RVs were sardined in so I wasn't rushing towards it.
I didn't have a plan B for this stop so I was a little spooked. I had passed a pretty decent pull-out and wondered if that might do the trick. We decided on the pull-out and got comfortable and it turned out to be the most wonderful boondock ever. I was able to put the slide out in a way that would encourage Burt to go down the hill into the woods instead of into the highway. That's pretty important.

Later I caught some of the prettiest sunsets ever. This is was one of those places where we really didn't do anything but I solved the problem of finding a place to stay each night without spending a fortune. When that happens and you get to enjoy touring Canada that is doing something.
