We found this nice place on Reserve America but I didn't know what to expect. On our drive there it snowed pretty heavy but wasn’t sticking to the roads. By the time we got there, it was in the warmer part or lower elevations so there was no snow but a little chilly. We had reserved a site that was perfectly okay but we quickly realized that most of the sites had no water and that if we can connect to a spigot that's our ideal situation. The place was only at about 50% capacity and so we just took a look around and picked a site that we liked better and we asked that if the ranger if I could just change the reservation and they said that would not be a problem. Our last stop was a Boondock so I was about ready for a hot bath.
We settled in and I let Bert out and show him the ropes. I walked him way across the way and he started kind of following a drainage type ditch and he liked it because he was kind of hidden and he had the best time being a Bert. He had so much freedom to do what you wanted. He heard some sound and just ran towards your RV like what seemed like 90 miles an hour but it was probably 10 mph.
I enjoyed the fact that just past a grassy field was the Colorado River. I enjoyed being there and how pretty it was and there were lots of cool rock formations. Now it felt like you were in the Rocky Mountains. We went into town for dinner and I took the coolest picture of a strange mountain. It just looked like it was alive and it was just so eerie looking.
I'll place it here.

We stayed 3 nights and it was a nice visit and that was it for James Robb.
We did go into town to go on a hike and that was very pleasurable.
